Hi akka I have thyroid because of thyroid I was gain so much of weight when I was not visit to your aerobics class and after joining your class I saw my visible results on my weight loss and thyroid also completely normal it's really very good for women's health and fitness and also I am a software engineer there is so much of stress and back pain etc when I am attending this aerobics classes I feel calmness and stress relief and till now my back pain issues cleared.
