It was a shitshow in general. I went for a haircut. They lack the necessary expertise of handling it. They ruined my hair. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near that place unless you want to pay for damaging that to your own hair.

They don't know what they are doing... they are not confident enough to do.. they are hesitating to do a head massage also

Not really satisfied with the staff ..... Did not co-operate with my requests and the facial was half done . Facial includes both face and neck but they refused to do the neck ....like BASIC guys . They were more focussed on selling their products and packages than communicating about my concerns . I took Combo pack but I don't feel it's worth it ..... everything was half done . Gave a chance coz it's new in my place ....but didn't stand up to my expectations. NOT WORTH THE MONEY
