Went to Naturals Hair Salon today and got my hair and beard done by Allam. He nailed it--just the way I wanted. Super chill experience, good vibes all around. Definitely going back next time.

This is the worst experience I ever had with naturals . I would suggest not to go for Palamanar naturals as they are not maintaining that standards any more. Looks like the owners has changed recently, they have asked a new staff who joined 2 days back to do our service. I had an multiple cuts around my eyes and it is swollen. They could not do waxing, tried with an patch and it got stuck to my hand and later they removed it forcefully with hand and that ended up with a red patch around my arm. Even they do not follow the facial steps like massage, steam. And finally the receptionist/owner she is not ready to take the responsibility, instead she was very rude while answering to our questions.

Hi team, This review is regarding Sivakumar's post as he was the person who referred to me as naturals is as good as other salons but I feel sad for the worst experience that had happened to him on Saturday. Since we are regular customers from when the naturals have been started in palamaner. If you guys have any other appointments you should inform the other customer who visited the branch. Instead of that u guys have started getting a haircut and later in the middle asked him to take a haircut with another person. This is not at all a good thing that how u guys treat a customer like this. Even though I have faced many situations where I have been waiting for hours and whenever I have an appointment I haven't received a call back that the person is free. If we call for an appointment the person who answers the call will say that now there are customers in order and once they are done we will call back but I never received a call back from reception and the next day when we visited the branch they will give some silly reason instead of apologies. Because of Sivakumar I have taken a membership card and now he is also referring to me to not to go to naturals for this kind of behaviour from you guys. Even though we are working in other locations we are coming to our home branch for a haircut because the person gives gud haircut but the branch manager/ receptionist behaviour was very wrong. If the same thing happens regularly u may lose your regular customers and I hope action will be taken on them from the higher team. Thank you.

The service is very bad. I went for a service between 4:30 PM and 5 PM. When I visited the salon, there were no other clients. They started giving me the service in the middle, but then they stopped and told me that they had slot bookings at that particular time. If there are spot bookings, why did they start to give the service? palamaner #Naturals

They're not using kits for facial, random packets they get and apply on your face. They said papaya but I haven't felt the papaya flavour. Also the service is worse, they don't understand English and Telugu. The single star is for cleanliness. I would recommend normal parlours in Palamaner than this.

Very good work by workers , having good conversation with the owner and helped me in a way like explained my hair type and how to keep it good and suggested some products too
