Queens Herbal Beauty Parlor

I used to go this salon when it was under the old management--it was my go-to place, and my mom has been coming here since I was a child. Unfortunately, the new management has completely ruined it. My recent experience was a huge disappointment. I got a mani & pedi, first of all the prices are really high (no complaints about that) , but the service just doesn't match. Like seriously ! The nail polish was applied badly, and I even asked the lady to remove it a few times, but this was the final result. It was really frustrating. Since the change in management, the quality of service has really gone downhill. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I went to Queens today for a facial and pedicure. The staff were friendly and good. Facial made my skin feel fresh. The pedicure was relaxing. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great beauty experience! Great value for money and excellent service.

I booked my wedding make up with Uma garu. She is so lovely, and she with her team did an amazing job. They delivered exactly what we asked for. Me and my bridesmaids were really happy with the results and I got so many compliments. Thank you Uma garu and team. Will definitely book you guys in future too.

I have taken bridal makeup services from Makeup artist Uma Garu for my engagement. Makeup was too good and it is very natural as I asked. I am very happy for the complete makeup look. Makeup didn't even smudge a little bit for more than 6 hours even the function hall is non ac. She did a great job by completing whole look including hair style in less than an hour.

Very bad at designs. Govind does not has any patience in completing the design. Also they use very cheap quality cones. Rashes came for my cousin. See the picture.

Worst parlour ever.staff is very rude. When complained to the owner, it was of no use.terrible service by the staff and the prices are way too high. I went for face threading and got cuts all over my face, terrible experience I must say. Never ever visit this place, such parlours should be reported and closed immediately. Zero stars
