Jawed Habib Hair & Beauty Salon

I had an amazing experience at Jawed Habib Beauty Parlour, thanks to Mehroon! She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the service. Her skills and attention to detail truly impressed me -- she understood exactly what I wanted and delivered even better results. The parlour was clean, welcoming, and had a lovely atmosphere. If you're visiting Jawed Habib, I highly recommend asking for Mehroon -- she's absolutely wonderful!

I have been a loyal customer of Jawed Habib, Kadapa, for the past two years, but unfortunately, my recent visits have been disappointing. The cleanliness of the salon is decent, but the ambience feels outdated, with old, dusty books in the waiting area that haven't been maintained. It gives the impression that the place isn't as well-kept as it used to be. Staffing is a major concern. Earlier, there were skilled professionals like Iqbal, Alam, and Rusthum, but over time, the staff strength has reduced drastically. Now, there are only two staff members per day, and the new hires don't seem to stay long enough. Iqbal is the only current staff member who I believe is truly skilled. Unfortunately, one of the new barbers cut my face while trimming and even injured my brother's lip previously. The front desk staff keeps changing frequently, and many of them don't seem to understand their role properly. Often, barbers themselves have to assist with billing, which is unacceptable. Due to the staff shortage, waiting times have increased significantly. There have been days when I had to wait far longer than expected. Service quality is inconsistent--if my haircut is done by Iqbal or Rusthum (who is currently on leave), I know I'll get good results. But with other staff members, the experience has been unsatisfactory. Pricing is fair, but considering the current service quality, it doesn't feel like good value for money. To add to the frustration, the hydrafacial machine has been broken for two weeks, and the pedicure machine is also not working at the moment. These maintenance issues are not being addressed in a timely manner. Overall, I can no longer recommend this salon in its current state. If the management does not fix the staffing issues, improve training, and ensure timely equipment maintenance, I will have no choice but to switch to a different salon. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and restore the quality they once had.

Update 03 March 2025 After the last review things improved a bit, there is a new hydra facial machine, the staffing has not been increased yet in the ladies section. Shabnam and Rita are doing a great job and my last two visits were handled by both of them and they did a good job. Sadly Rita is leaving and Hope the Salon replaces her soon with someone of equal talent and calibre. The staff attitude has improved from the last visits. I hope the salon turn around starts from here and becomes good again Old Review I have been a customer at Jawed Habib, Kadapa, for quite some time, but my recent experiences, particularly in the ladies' section, have been disappointing. The staff attitude is a major issue--the ladies' section staff except for Shabnam seem uninterested in their work, doing it just for the sake of completing the job rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. Their handling is harsh and rough, which makes the experience uncomfortable rather than relaxing. In contrast, Iqbal does an excellent job, but it's clear that the ladies' staff don't appreciate that comparison. If their service was up to standard, I wouldn't have to rely on Iqbal for better results. Another concern is the lack of proper supplies. Pedicure supplies have been running low for the past three months, making it seem like stock management is not a priority. On top of that, the hydrafacial machine has been broken for weeks, despite being advertised as the only one in Kadapa. I have visited the salon twice specifically for a hydrafacial, only to be turned away because the machine is still not repaired. If this is a signature service, it should be maintained properly and fixed immediately. Staffing shortages are also evident. Currently, only two women handle all female customers, which leads to long wait times and rushed services. More qualified professionals are needed to improve the overall experience. At this point, the inconsistency in service makes it hard to rely on this salon. If the management does not address these staffing, supply, and equipment issues soon, I will be looking for a better alternative.

I recently visited Jawed Habib Salon for a haircut, and I must say, it was a great experience! Shabnam, the stylist who worked on my hair, did a fantastic job. She was professional, patient, and really understood what I wanted. She gave helpful suggestions based on my hair type and face shape, making sure the final look suited me well. The salon itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and I didn't have to wait too long for my turn. The haircut was precise, stylish, and exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Jawed Habib Salon, especially Shabnam, for anyone looking for a great haircut. I will surely be coming back! (5/5)

Hair stylist was very rude . After explaining all the things I need , he is asking if I want my hair to be done now or some other time, he didn't even give me the reason. He just said some other person to do it and left me waiting. Worst service and worst experience.Hope no one faces such humiliation. If ppl want to show their ego work is not the right place to show and not to customers.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Rita at jawed Habib. she clearly listened to what I wanted and beautifully executed the look which suits my face . She is more friendly and made me comfortable throughout the whole process . She actually made my day .
