The worst waxing experience ever! The beautician seems to think pulling the hair removal strip as hard as possible is the only way to go. Also despite intimating many times that the wax is too hot (it was like water!) they didn't respond. Now I'm left with burn scars. I had to insist to switch off the heat only then some action was taken. 10+ years of availing parlour services and never have I ever come across such treatment. Never going there again.
