I went with my fiance to VLCC Parlour for our wedding preparations. Based on my friend reference, they received us very nicely. My fiance and I were in different rooms for facials, haircuts, and other bridal-related services. However, whatever discussions happened between my husband and me regarding facial services, the receptionist somehow came to know and discussed it with me and cleared it. I had taken a package worth 4,777, which included a hair spa. I clearly mentioned initially that I did not require the hair spa. Later, I added a bridal facial, and they said the total would be 5,500. They also said if I added a bridal facial to the 4,777 package, I would have to pay an extra 1,800 without GST for 1800. For hand it was very painfull and webt reddish they don't did slowly i guess when I ask them they said it would be happened sometimes. I also opted for nail art, but it was a very bad experience. It got removed the very next day. I even took pictures (which I'll attach below). I had gone to the parlour between 7 to 8 PM. I don't know what happened -- maybe because it was closing time, they were in a hurry or too busy. I don't even remember if they did n't properly did the scrubbing for the bridal facial pack they 30 min 30 min different packs i remembered I guess. No one said that my face was glowing. Even they did n't do eyebrows and uplip threading after i ask one lady did very hurry that time 10pm but still i am paying amount for services. seemed to be rushing everything. My fiance also had a bad experience. He asked for one haircut, but they did another style. There was no visible glow on his face either. My in-laws even scolded me, saying it wasn't good. My fiance very upset and scolded me a lot. Overall, it was a very bad experience with VLCC. They billed me without asking and included the hair spa amount, even though I had not taken it. When I mentioned that the nail art was badly done, they didn't charge for that -- but still, they added the hair spa charge without informing me. I realized this a day later and called them to ask why they billed for the hair spa. The lady said she "thought" I had taken it. She told me I could come back after the wedding, but for that, I would have to travel 200 km again. Is this fair? She also said that once billed, the amount can't be returned. I am not satisfied with this parlour services. If they didn't have time, they should have told us. It was a total waste of money. My husband paid 14,000 dome change for both of us. A wedding comes only once in a lifetime, and it should be memorable. Based on this experience, I will not recommend VLCC to anyone. I went there feb 27 th o guess i have don't have time to give feedba namaste. Now i am free i am updating today. This the conversation happened between us. My over all suggestions better to small parlour need not to pay any GST extra. I went for my engagement one small parlour in hyderabad just i took d tans and fruits facial 700 rs her services is very nice just i am telling example only for middle class family.

I got my full body massage. It was outstanding!! Staff were very welcoming, masseur Wasim is incredible!! I'd come back here again.

I recently visited VLCC Salon for several services including waxing (underarms and hands), pedicure, manicure, and a head massage. While most of the services were satisfactory, the waxing experience was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, the waxing process resulted in burns on my underarms and hands, and I still have visible burn marks. Due to this painful experience, I would not recommend this salon for waxing services.

I got a layered haircut from Sameer and I'm very happy with the result. He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a style that suits my hair and face shape perfectly. The layers look natural and add great volume. Sameer is skilled, professional, and easy to talk to. Highly recommended.
