They are doing good but they have no manners at all. When we entered the salon.. one girl named Lavanya asked what do u want.. is this the way they speak and receive their customers. In the middle of the process.. they started discussing their own matters.. Lavanya is the main reason for all the ruckus created . She was showing so much attitude. She has no manners at all. When my frnd was having her haircut.. i sat on one of the chairs from inside.. she pointed out me to sit on the chairs near the reception counter. Very rude behaviour. It seems like she didn't even work there... she did nothing. I would like to give zero for behaviour. I hope they will keep this in mind and try to change their behaviour in future.

One worst rude lady I've ever faced she doesn't know how to behave with a customer properly. I will Never go there such an arrogant lady I've ever faced

They are doing good in facial and eyebrows threading but it is good if they should behave professionally when treating customers.

Their behavior is very very rude. Even they don't want to tell the process and answer the questions. They are very impatient and irresponsible.

They should be professional when treating customers.
