I had the worst experience with the blow-dry service at Opulence. The stylist rushed through the process and didn't take the time to do it properly. Within minutes of leaving, my hair looked exactly the same as when I walked in--an absolute waste of money! To make things worse, there was a power cut in between, and no one even bothered to inform me how long I would have to sit there with wet hair after the wash. The lack of professionalism and customer care was shocking. Extremely disappointed with both the service and the staff's attitude. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality blow-dry.

When I visited Opulance. Their customer service was amazing, very respectful. Manu named one beautician is there.. I am satisfied with her service.

I had been to the salon for clean up...they suggested o3 clean up which is priced at 999 + gst and after said ok for the service the salon manager who is inexperienced in this feild of work decided to do my clean up.....she dint even cover my hair with the head band before starting the service ....she just kept applying packs one after the other and after scrub she dint even clean the pores with the needle and when I asked about it she said it's not required as the blackheads are removed during scrub....after I insisted she used the needle and there were blackheads.... she was in such a hurry she dint even complete the service properly....I asked another beautician to check if the blackheads were removed and she was kind enough to check and remove the blackheads..overall very disappointed. Also I asked the manager for price of cutting only front fringe and she said it would cost me 650 lol ....do not recommend this place.
