Green Trends-Unisex Hair and Style Salon kanuru

The customer service at this store is very good. I have had services done by Ms. Lakshmi and Mr. Sameer. Their attitude and respect to customers is very good. I've had kerastase treatment done early last month and so far, it is still working. The facial, manicure, pedicure was good but I think the prifducts for Oxygen facial were a bit let down as they didn't even give the usual massage effect. Also, not sure about the other salons but a pedicure and manicure should include nails. Massage was brilliant but just adding in the nails will improve customer satisfaction

Fareed is just awesome... made my hair stunning with botox treatment ...... had my hair great and I would like to suggest kanuru green trends for good service and hospitality and Durga did skin services well and felt more relaxed....... thank you green trends

I have been a regular customer at Green Trends for over two years, but my recent experience was terrible. I called ahead to confirm that white chocolate wax was available, and I reminded them several times when I arrived. However, Lakshmi used Brazilian white wax without informing me, and when I asked for a different wax, she applied black chocolate, which was even worse. She applied it over 10 times, causing my skin to peel, turn black, and leave me in pain for days. When I gave feedback at the front desk, the staff member admitted it was a miscommunication. However, I feel the real issue was Lakshmi's lack of skill and professionalism. I have never experienced such poor service in all my years with Green Trends. I'm shocked that someone with such a lack of expertise was hired at such a reputed branch. I won't be returning to this location and hope no other customer has to endure this kind of treatment from Lakshmi. Highly disappointed.

Service at green trends very good. Fareed is at my service today and did what I was expected and I'm satisfied with the same.

Worst experience..no professional hair salon person in this branch, not sure other branches. Brands should have experienced person. Whatever the costs high , customer should be satisfied I have paid above 500 no satisfaction Don't go .. Jawed Habib is better..

Worst hair cut done ever. I don't know the name of the person. What I asked and what they did was completely different. I felt the person was not at all interested in doing the cut. Even though the haircut is different I may felt ok, but this is not at all a haircut it looks awful. Never visiting again for haircut.

Great experience at this salon. It's my go to place. Fareed did a phenomenal job with my hair. My hair never looked this healthy and Lucious. Manga did a great job with waxing and threading. Overall the service was great and the staff was very friendly and patient. Definitely recommend!
