Gorgeous Beauty Parlour

OVERALL EXPERIENCE : DISAPPOINTED I had the worst experience with this beauty parlour when i went for eyebrows shaping . The staff don't know how to bring them ( eyebrows ) into a good shape , despite of showing them how I want and instructing them that no to make thin they literally made my eyebrows look soo...uneven ( right side was so thin , left side looked shapeless ) . I went to this parlour 2 days before attending a family function and sadly i was totally disappointed with the after look . Later I some how managed the thickness with an eyebrow pencil . The worst part is that they did not admit their mistake , spoke illogically & tried to convince me with my look , even after knowing that I wasn't satisfied with their service they charged me a full price of (Rs.50/-) . For me 50/- is not at all an issue, as there were days when i used to pay even 80/- to few parlours for their best service . The only thing that i would like to mention here is that they are least bothered about the customer satisfaction. If you want to hear a useless SORRY from the staff at the end , you may go for it ( as far as eyebrow threading is concerned ) .

Owner is fine but this place is very unhygienic. I had a cleanup service , the employee is scratching her head in middle and without cleaning her hand she is using her hands for face massage in cleanup and also cleanup is suppose to be relaxing but the employee is havinga personal discussion on there phone while she is doing the service and its very unprofessional. And also employess themselves are giving oil massages in the middle of my service which is also i felt like very unprofessional .And also the prices use to be fine for waxing but now it's a bit high. They lowered there standards .please change the employees or just teach them how to be professional when customers are present .

The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Went there for hair cut looking at the reviews but instead got a shock at the end when I finally looked in the mirror. They are very adamant on not accepting their fault. The lady cut my hair very short and and gave no proper shape to it. I will never suggest anyone to go. And looking at their prices I will never suggest anyone to go for a bad experience.

Worst beauty parlour don't book any bridal make up here.They charge much and the make up is worst. They even give fake promises and send others to do the bridal makeup

Went for eye brow service...they had done it like one eye brow is up and the other is down...after asking they told that is the fault of my eyes after lot of discussion they did it some what better...bad service..very rude staff...

First time I have been to this parlour . The worst experience I had with them. They charge money but the product they use is very very very tiny that u can't even imagine . It's not worth spending money for this parlour . Rather go to better parlour who take little extra yet the service would be atleast nice.

I had been for my eyebrow threading.Despite my clear instructions they do whatever they know only.The worst part is they do not agree their mistake.They will charge money, but for service we need to pray GOD.
