Kbs beauty salon

All the reviews were paid, and I ended up with a 5K bill yesterday for my engagement prep. The guy, Shawn from Delhi, doesn't speak Telugu or English, but I somehow managed in his language. The service was the worst! The haircut was a disaster, the facial was just okay, and the manicure/pedicure was an absolute mess, I have no words to describe it! edit : I have written a review few days back, can I expect any response from the owner/admin ?
