Naturals Salon & Spa,Yendada

Me and my wife got ourselves treated for facial, pedicure and a manicure at the Naturals Yendada location. The staff treated us with utmost care. Having never had a pedicure or manicure, they took extra care and ensured I was comfortable. My feet and hands have never felt cleaner! My wife enjoyed thier hospitality and felt thier facial was very well done. I recommend the skin brightening facial. It helped remove dirt from the pores and lighten up the skin around the eyes. We also loved the ambiance with the music and lighting. We will definitely be back for any of the services they provided.

I had a very disappointing experience at Naturals Salon. I went in to get my eyebrows, forehead, and upper lip done, and the person attending to me ended up scratching and bruising my forehead quite badly. It was extremely painful, and my entire forehead turned red. When I pointed it out, she simply said it happened because my skin is "sensitive"--which felt like an excuse rather than an apology or any real concern. I've never had such a harsh reaction from similar services at other salons. I expected better skill, and care from a reputed salon like Naturals. Very dissatisfied and won't be returning.

I had an excellent experience with Noor hairstylist at naturals. They really listened to what I wanted and delivered a haircut that was even better than I imagined! The attention to detail, skill, and friendly atmosphere made it a great visit. My hair feels and looks amazing--I'll definitely be coming back!
