This place has got wonderful customer service and relaxing ambiance. I have got the hair spa and facial from jhansi, job well done. I have curly hair which causes lot of frizz and unruly hair issues. Right treatments recommended by the team helped it for sure. Cons: I am only giving 4 star because I won't prefer going here for hair cuts for curly hair. My hair got shortened to shoulder length a lot at the end even though I specifically requested to be mindful.I had hair below the bust. Not every place has good set of hands of curly hair. Went here for waxing. Ended up wasting 20-25 mins only for waiting for the person to show up. But nothing. Meanwhile all she did is kept stalking me asking me if wanted any other service. I mean am not sure what exactly is that they can do. BTW all 5* ratings here are fake/self

Very good customer service. Visited for the first time and Jhansi did an excellent job. The ambience wasnt great though. The owner was around and she was quite loud and noisy. As customers we expect a serene and quiet atmosphere to when getting treatments.
