New Look Unisex Spa&Salon

Very bad hair spa service like a local beauty parlour. First, staff put hair spa cream on my face and then used some cleanser to clean it. Used cleaner very harshly on my face. Didn't even ask me before putting creams on my face. I felt like i was doing a facial, not a hair spa. Hair spa was like a mask u usually do at home. I have sensitive skin and don't use any outside products on my face but this lady put hair spa cream first n then cleanser on my face. My skin is all red and itchy now. I was a regular customer here i till today. Not going to visit ever after today's experience.
