unhygienic & lazy staff's you will find in this salon.i don't understand why the owner never look into this.staff are sugar in their mouth after giving a bad service,They will request please receptionist ka samne mat bolo ye karaf hogya etc nai toh owner ko bata dega bla bla etc. i wish i had the owner number acha se explain karke batana ta what kind staff they have. i went for hair spa first, hair massaging was like hell ,no skill all ese toh hum kud hi karlene se best hain. after some day's i went back for hair straightening they gave me lectures regarding about brotox as if i don't know.i knew they are lazy to stand and do work for a long time that's why they are preferring brotox . i agreed them aah hi lia toh karke jaega, i did brotox with grey coverage hair colour, and the results kasam se gussa aya na maan toh kar rata tappar mar du Therefore i don't recommend this to anyone,i had a horrible experience.

Had a great experience at Studio99 Itanagar. And will definitely suggest everyone to try and visit the place once as you will definitely be mesmerised by the services provided to you. Great staff! This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Great Staff,Great Service,Amazing Ambiance.The hair stylist,Rahul Chhetri is quite attentive and delivers excellent result.It was his first hair cut and I was totally satisfied with his service. Keep it Up!

Aromatheraphy by miss Anga from Nagaland and facial by Ms Yami were both wonderful . Really loved the friendliness and happy demeanour of the staff. The interior and the hygiene of the place was quite satisfactory .Overall loved the experience . Do give it a try if you happen to be nearby Naharlagun. You can also book prior appointments .

well, i have been doing keratin, cystein treatments in studio 99 naharlagun outlet and their services have been 10/10 everytime when visited. from providing their service to hospitality is outstanding.Thanks to all workers @ salon studio 99 and special thanks to the hair section dept..

The salon is good except for the small sitting area. Swedish massage was abit hard. Otherwise it would have been 5 star.

Rahul is a very professional,skillful and friendly guy. Really satisfied with the pedicure service. Would love to come back again. Ambience and overall service is on point.

Got my gel nail extensions by Ater and hair styling by Sonam done here. Both of them did a very good job. Amazing service. Polite staff.
