Senses Spa n Salon Itanagar

I visited for facial few months back and the lady attending to me barely put any effort into the process .There was no proper massage, no relaxation, and most steps of a basic facial routine were completely skipped. Thorough cleansing, proper application, massaging unfortunately, none of that was done here. I left feeling frustrated. My other friends too had same experiences. Despite such poor service, the charges were unreasonably high. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to others. Wastage of time and money

Sorry to say, but this Senses Salon & Spa has to be the worst experience ever. Getting a haircut was a joke. The timing was ridiculous (they kept me waiting). Worst haircut I've ever had. Please! it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. BUT THE STAFF WERE VERY SWEET AND POLITE. Soo overwhelmed and happy with the services Haircut by brother Jerry and other services by the staffs were amazing

They throw away customer belongings if we forget something there instead of keeping it safe somewhere so people could recollect it...such backward minded and even the haircuts are not good ..thuiii

Very unprofessional salon for haircut. Never going back for a haircut better to cut your hair from a small parlours they might do better than them and also charges will be less.

Very bad experience. Not worth it at all. One of the male barbers just doesn't know basic haircut. It's just so bad. Not recommended.
