Due to negligence & unprofessional owner my hair smoothing gone wrong. They don't even know the basics. When i complaint about it, they behaved extremely bad. My hair was coloured, while using the products they over processed.they didn't used any product to remove my hair colour. And the consequence is my 90% of hair got damaged.
