From start to finish, my experience at loreal Spa was exceptional. The atmosphere was calming, and the service was top-notch!

Worst experience ever. They hire very unprofessional staffs, no hygiene, if you want a worst experience and also want to waste money then visit LoReal Paglasthan, Bongaigaon. They charges Rs. 300 for haircut thats ok but the haircut they did to me is not professional. By just giving brand name will not work need to hire professional also. ColorNation is far more better.

One of the pathetic & worst salon in bongaigaon, i literally regret going there twice , last year they did my smoothening and burnt my head and i still have pain on my scalp when i went there they didn't responded nicely to it and said to go for keratin this time and guess what the keratin was all waste and my hair returned to its originality just in 1st wash ! The staffs are really unprofessional! Please be aware before going to them

At 2018 I got my best haircut here. So, recently I went there with lots of expectations but the hairdresser had no patience and completed the cut in last few minutes. I wanted a step cut but after the cut there were no defined layers. My hair and my curls were ruined. It was like I got a haircut from a village parlour.

Services from similar salons in Guwahati cost less. So, I found it expensive. Service is average. Fair experience. Could have been better. I asked for an uneven Bob cut, which would start short on one side and would graduate to longer bangs on the other side. Showed photos for reference. But the hairdresser wouldn't understand and pressed for an even Bob, which I got finally as I was short for time.

Worst...took 300 hundred for hair cut and completed the job before even 3 mins after waiting for 1.5hour...my front and back now both look the same with no.shape...i wonder how people have put it atleast 3.4 star...really hats off who gave that much star...big heart...i dare nit even give 0...even before i could say anything he finished his work and left...when i asked did u know what i wanted to cut...he rold me sir i know to run trimmer i know how to cut and went...as if i am seeing a salon for the first time....worst and pathetic....

The staff here gives you stares when you enter .. no greetings.. nothing! After they have been clearly told that I want to get a face clean up done and the price negotiations were over..they Charged me 1500 for a face clean up and told me that facial was done.

Hair state was not done well. Very bad service and bad behaviour day by day Rotated many times It doesn't feel like it. The entire hair has become dry.
