I am a regular customer here from 2021,, basically I go there for hair wash only. I used to go weekly once when I was there currently lives in Guwahati. But once in a month whenever I visit home I go there to take their services.. this time when I visit for hair wash,, after wash the girl almost dried my hair normally so I asked her to use the flat brush and there they charged me 200 more for using flat brush and 3 hair clips in the name of straightening.. I am writing this not for that 200, it was about the trust I was holding from 2021 and that day I felt cheated... And i will request all the customer our there if you go there also take service from the male staff because all female staffs are very rude. And i would like to inform the owner that if it continues like this then you'll lose more customer like Us.. because that was my last visit.

I have been to so many parlours but I have never seen such rude unprofessional behaviour of the LADIES staff there ...so unfriendly and they are always in some sort of frustration and anger which has to be faced by the customer......highly unprofessional Ladies......but I much appreciate the nice ambience ,hygiene and service of the gent staff .... especially the head massage is a bliss to the soul.... ..people visit the parlour to relax and if there also you are treated with such wrath .....then it is surely not acceptable....

We went a few days ago, it was great. The man (who is providing the service) has a very good attitude. The cost of work is higher than usual (Ex: Javed Habib), however; there is no fault with the care of work.

Terribly bad behavior of the lady employee there in the salon. First of all they should learn good behaviour with basic manners and good communication skills. They treated poorly with communication such as; misbehavior (rude and non supportive behaviour) which is really not acceptable as a customer. Will surely avoid going there for the next time. TIPS: Motto should be "CUSTOMER FIRST" !

Taking Safety measures during the pandemic is ok but the receptionist didn't allow me for a haircut as this was my first visit...I assured to show them my negative test report of covid bt they didn't respond and kept on saying No..or is it like your known customers or regular visitors can't be covid positive ?? I didn't got the reason of refusal

It is a very good hair salon and the service and behavior is also very good.
