Unprofessional and rude behaviour of owner/manager . They ll never accept their mistake instead come up with justifications. They behave as if they are giving free service to clients and doing some sort of favor on us. Even much bigger salon owners are far more humble than these people.

If there is below dan one star I would give them 0. Ghatiya service. The owner of the parlour is so so. But the girls staff's he kept was absolutely unproffessional. They even dnt know how to curl hair. With out applying any serum they started to curl my hair so I didn't get any result. My hair was damaged badly. I told them to give a natural makeup but they even dnt know how to appy foundation on skin. They were applying foundation by their finger. Rediculous. I would directly say no to this paurlour. They are purely unproffessional and provide ghatiya service.

I had gone there for shampoo and blow drying my hair on 11th January. The girl who did the service was speaking in Hindi all the time. While shampooing, the foam went inside my right ear. I told the girl in hindi that "shampoo ghus gaya". She paid no heed & continued shampooing. I then told her "please isko POCH DO" and immediately the girl started shouting and behaviong weird saying that I had disrespected her addressing her as TU. I didn't understand what had happened. I tried to explain myself but it was in vain. Then the manager, Ms. Parvin came to the scene, and without knowing anything started pouncing on me too..was EXTREMELY RUDE. To my amaze, I saw that they both were talking in Assamese. I was shocked as to what had happened. After the shampoo, i was charged Rs 500/-. On asking why, ms. Parvin started being extremely rude to me. Both the ladies sprang upon me, made me very uneasy & i felt like they r goin to come & bounce on me. I paid the amount nevertheless but I still tried to explain myself. But they were very adamant and rude. I tried to explain myself that I wasn't rude or i didn't misbehave calling anyone as TU. But they were very adamant and rude. Specially Ms PARBIN. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Very professional and caring using professional need to take an appointment for Salon.

We went to Loreal L16 parlour for straighting hair and there staff behaviour was so worst among us & they also damaged my sister hair and after that they were misbehaving with us this is the worst salon ever

Went for global hair color...good service...hygiene maintained and polite staff.
