Had a wonderful experience at Lakme Salon for my Hair Botox treatment! Mathew, the hair expert/stylist, was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain the entire process, ensuring comfort and clarity at every step. The treatment was done with great precision, and the results speak for themselves--smooth, healthy, and revitalized hair! The salon maintained a clean and relaxing ambiance, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent service. Definitely recommending this salon for anyone looking for quality hair care!

Imran did an absolutely amazing job! I went in with boxed hair dye, hoping to return to my original hair color and he recommended a keratin treatment, which turned out to be a game-changer. Not only did it give me the exact results I was looking for, but my hair is now shinier, softer, and healthier than ever. Hands down, the best salon service in Dibrugarh. Highly recommend Imran if you're looking for someone who truly knows hair!

Mathews was great for hair styling , I got hair colour touch up and streaks on his suggestion and it is simply awsum . On one occasion I got the hair spa done from him , again simply good Apart from Mathews Priya is good in her job and one another girltoo . Overall teh staff is cordial and helpful

Hair colour - I recently went for hair colour and the service was very good. Imraan was very good and professional. He did a hair test and then recommended the hair colour. I am very happy with the service by Imraan. Despite being busy he patiently completed the procedure. 5 stars for his knowledge, skills, services and professional behaviour. Wax, threading and manicure- The services were very good and hygeinic. 5 star for the services. However, I would not recommend Matthews at all for hair services since I got my kid's haircut done by him and he did a very bad job. My son continuously cried just from the very beginning. FYI my son is 7 years old and this was not his first haircut.

Went to this lakme salon for the very first time with v high expectations. Spent over 2k+ (threading+arms detan+face something treatment) . Not satisfied with the detan because i have done it before in other salons as well and trust me not a bit changed in the colour this time here in lakme. And threading they missed so many hair so i went there again. So politely i asked them to do it again where they have missed but this lady named Rani she did my upper lip threading so harsh the second time i started bleeding. They didnt apply any soothing gel or something .. also didn't apologise rather they were just laughing.. i didnt say a word and just left disgusted. The receptionist is so unsmart, cant handle customers. Makes it very awkward when u enter the salon and u just have to stand there awkwardly until your treatment starts. Wasted my money for such unprofessional service.

Absolutely loved the nail art by Rani! She's incredibly skilled and clearly knows her craft well. The attention to detail was impressive -- highly recommend!
