Good service. Interactive staff. They explain your hair needs. Help you around with everything. On some days, prior appointments are needed. Overall good, except a bit high price. 30% reduction in all rates would fetch Meraki a 5 star rating.

I had a great experience in this salon

Very bad experience from this place.I did botox , colouring and haircut from there and first they didn't gave bill then they gave bill in which 2 botox services were added. When I asked about this the so called owner/manager of this place talked with me very badly. Services also very bad, I asked them not to make my hair look blonde and I want a dark brown colour but they did exact opposite of what I asked them to do. Haircut also very bad.

The worst salon of dibrugarh, act as if they are the best, with worst staff behaviour and amateurs to the core .. .

Got my hair colour done by Udayan and it was a great experience. He did an excellent work.

I am giving one star just because there is no option to give zero star. For me behaviour is very important of the staff and owner be it restaurant or salon or anything. High-fi ambience doesn't make business successful but the behaviour of the staff and owners does. Meraki a stylish salon, good ambience gives a premium spa salon feeling once you get inside but I have never seen such rude uneducated pathetic behaviour of any owner in my life. The staff is good however the owner seems to have dilemma in his head that he is the king of some province. He insults his employees in front of the customers which is pathetic. I would recommend you all to go somewhere else but then that's my personal opinion. I won't go to such place where people are judged based on how much money you have in your pockets.

Great experience with Udayan. He have a great skills and the way of presenting everything about your hair was great! A must visit to Meraki.
