Puja Beauty Parlour

Undoubtedly the employees in the parlour are expert in their work and they do their work in a flawless and professional way. But, their behaviour with the customers is very worse. I have never been to any other parlour except this, where the customers are not behaved or treated well. During festive seasons, the space within the parlour becomes very conjusted as a lot of people arrive there. People visit the parlour from various distant places during festive season, with a hope and belief that, they will get what they are looking for from some experts. But, they are not even behaved well there. The employees constantly keep on saying that they are so over tired and doing their works without their own wish, which ultimately results in worst consequences with their works with the customers. If they don't want to do, they should say it clearly to their customers, that "please leave, we can't do anymore". It will atleast save the time of the customer and they can visit somewhere else. No customer is forcing them to do anything or asking them to do it for free. Apart from these, I don't understand why they react so exhausted and weird? Every other person in different sectors is working hard, including other parlours. They are not extraordinary people.
