I've been a regular customer of a particular shop for the past 5 years and for the first time I had to change it. And I visited "Kids N Fellas Hair Studio" for the first time and got totally disappointed. The barber's behaviour was very disregarding, he just wanted to finish his job quickly and I had my worst experience ever. The manager's behaviour is very well though (he just left for lunch when I got my haircut).
