Absolutely pathetic service. My service provider was the one with long hair and beard. Absolutely no regards to what I want. Was pushing unnecessarily for other services. I got it done on Diwali and absolutely got it ruined, my hair and beard. While doing the face clean up, he was in such a hurry, he didn't even clean the face nicely. When you charge a premium, at least provide decent service. A local saloon has better service.

Untrained person for cutting. No sense of what was asked to do. I am sure good reviews are fake and made up by their own ppl. Waste of money and most importantly the time it will take to regrow the hair for the desired style... don't spend your money and time in worthless place. The regular nai ki dukaan is much better than this

They dont have any knwledge how to treat customers and what are their needs... They do things according to themslves as they know how to do and their styling sense... Worst ever i have visited...

Got my hair coloured. They had an offer. Completely disappointed. After showing my desired colour they said they can do the exact thing. But after sitting idle there for half an hour they started confusing me out with their sample works but I thought I'll get one of it done. The highlights done are looking awful and the global colour did not even show up as expected. I did my hair colour from them last year as well which was pretty decent so I had the same expectations. The staff did not even listen when I said I want the highlights on my hair partition and she went for crown highlights. The workers (especially the female one's) are completely arrogant and are not even looking after your desirous haircut/threading or colour. Not visiting ever again. Also I paid whooping 5000 rupees for highlights and colour and I'm so disappointed. The highlights look disgusting on my hair. Looks like I've got it done from some random stranger instead of some salon workers. ++I got global hair colour at 3500 and highlights of 1600.

writing after a 4 day period after giving it an ambient enough window for any guy's haircut to settle - utterly disappointed, the guy was in a rush i dont know why, unevenly cut! :(

Staffs are arrogant and unskilled. Now this salon is just for name. Their haircut/threading/colour have become worst. Ek bhi staff me talent nahi hai. Cashier is so arrogant as well.

Prices are not reasonable charging high price for small work
