'D' Yellow Balloon

Had a wonderful experience at D Yellow Balloon! The service was excellent, and the staff made me feel completely at ease. A special mention to Munni for giving me such an awesome haircut, she understood exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. Thank you for the great service.

Recently I got my hair highlighted at the Yellow Balloon for my birthday and Sandhya understood exactly what I wanted! She is such a happy jolly girl, she makes the whole experience so much better just by being herself. And as I wanted my colour not to be too loud she did it in a very subtle way and later messaged me after a couple of days saying she saw my pictures and wasn't too satisfied herself about how much the colour showed, so she asked me to visit the parlour again for another touch up. I was amazed by this approach of hers as till date I never came across any parlour who'd do that!! Usually when we're not too satisfied with a service's outcome, the parlours tend to only justify and establish that what we've got is the best and couldn't have been any better! However, Sandhya's approach was so very different that I was surprised and just told her that I'd visit once again as I too was not too sure about the appearance. After 2 weeks I visited The Yellow Balloon again and she brightened the colour just as promised. I'm sharing the picture after the second session. You can see how gorgeous my hair looks!
