I have been visiting here since long but this time it was a Very poor service. And arrogant employees. They completely ruined my eyebrows and then did not even correct it and charged money for this poor service. The employees are not at all professional.

Radiculous Parlour in Guwahati. They issue Coupon card and whenever we try to take appointment they deny giving 100 of their useless excuses eitheir they ask to come according to their date and convience.This coupon was just a strategy to grab money. It was waste of money.

*They provide Wrong information about price over phone and We faced a Problem*. We are two sisters Visited on 11th May 2025 for Botox Treatment. I talked over phone with them before 1 day with G S Road Branch they said Botox Treatment price is 3500 in that time and prices are same in all their Branch . They clearly said prices are same in all their Branch. But When we visited Darpan Ulubari Branch they said it's not 3500, it's 5000. I again talked over phone with G S Road Branch infront of ulubari darpan staff about this . Then G S Road Branch said it's 3500, But ulubari darpan didn't accept it and they charged 5000 and we paid 5000. We got a Good botox treatment but that miscommunication harrassed us. We requested atleast for a minimum discount but We don't get Discount after All this miscommunication between their Branches.

Not worth the money tbh. They ruined my hair. They didn't know the hair cut names also lol. And they didnt even washed my hair also..I was skeptical when I entered their saloon...cause whatever I show them they said only one thing that this style won't suit my hair type.. I blindly trusted them and allowed them to cut whatever they think would suit me...she cut it so badly ...I was crying inside..I won't recommend to anyone..there are many parlours that are far far far better than this one...really dissapointing.

I had an amazingly relaxing facial yesterday. Even though I was reluctant initially due to the high cost but at the end I was happy.

I've done hair cut n threading. Love the service. They also share tips on hair care n whatever the customer wants to know. Will visit again
