I visited your salon for a quick hair wash and trim, but was denied service despite empty seats. I had called the phone number listed on Google beforehand, but no one picked up. I showed this to the front desk staff, but they still refused service, citing the need for an appointment. If appointments are mandatory, please update your Google listing to reflect this. It would save customers time and hassle.
