I did my basic beautician cource from Koina ,it was a great experience learning from sampa ma'am,im grateful for her teachings and hands on training Koina provided me with models to practise services like haircut pedi mani ,treatments etc. Sampa ma'am years of experience and knowledge is the best you can find in Guwahati.proud to be certified from Koina makeup&style ,I recommend all my Friends and family in Meghalaya to opt this salon and academy

Since I visited Guwahati after a long time and didn't know which parlour is good ..I chose to try this parlour which was nearby for a haircut in the evening....they made me wash my hair before the haircut inspite of telling them that I had already washed my hair before visiting this parlour... they used cold water to wash my scalp inspite of telling them repeatedly to use lukewarm water....the owner was too stubborn to use warm water not considering the preference of the customer.Instead of being professional...she also wants to know all your personal details which I feel is very invasive. And about the haircut it was OK not very great .

The owner is good and friendly enough but the staffs are really rude.. I faced this problem several times,, the staffs of the parlour were spreading rumours about me to the owner,,,, being a customer of 9 years it really disappointed me....

Professional and interactive people gave good advices too , overall loved the haircut

Hello everyone, I'm having a great experience over there specially I'm happy with the gentle and kind behavior of the owner she seems to be very passionate towards her work....and this dedication shows up in her work.Iwent there for HAIR SMOOTHING and of course this was my 3rd time to visit Koina.... ALL I CAN SAY THAT .....I HAD A GREAT AND COZY AND WARM EXPERIENCE.....it's totally HYGIENIC at the same time. THANK YOU KOINA....keep up the good work. With REGARDS SEEMA DUTTA DAS.

I had an amazing experience. This was my first time here. The moment I entered the salon, I was greeted by a staff with a glass of water (I found it very thoughtful owing to the heat... I went in the afternoon). I was troubled because of my thinning frizzy hair. Wanted a hair cut that would give a voluminous effect... I didn't have to explain much. The ma'am understood exactly what I wanted. I got an amazing haircut. I really loved it. Before going I had read the reviews and had read some reviews mentioning that they were overcharged. Reading such reviews I was a little apprehensive but I am grateful I tried this salon. The price was very genuine. So overall.... I received a great service and would highly recommend this place.
