I recently visited Looks Salon and had the pleasure of having my hair colored and cut by Jharna. From the moment I walked in, the salon's clean and modern ambiance made me feel at ease. Jharna's expertise truly shone through she listened attentively to my preferences and delivered a hair color and style that exceeded my expectations. Knowing that Jharna is a local added a special touch; it's always nice to have someone who understands the community. The entire staff was friendly and professional, enhancing the overall experience. Suju is highly skilled and delivers excellent service. I always feel relaxed and impressed with her works. She truly stands out as the most outstanding staff members at Looks Parlour. Everyone here is courteous and professional .However I particularly appreciate Achyut and Anil with whom I always feel at ease when getting padicure and Manicure. I usually don't write reviews, but this one is worth it! I always get my hair cut by Rashmi, and she is absolutely amazing. She is highly skilled, knows exactly what she's doing, and I completely trust her with my hair. Not only is she talented, but she also knows how to communicate well, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a great stylist!

5/5 Stars I recently treated myself to a Facial and pedicure at Looks Salon, and it was absolute bliss! The salon's attention to detail and commitment to hygiene were impressive. My pedicurist Mr. Achyut, was gentle, thorough, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The massage was heavenly, and my feet feel pampered and rejuvenated. The salon's ambiance was calming, and the staff esp. Ms. Eva and Ms. Lekgi (facial/ beautician) and Mr. Vivek (hair stylist) were friendly and welcoming. I'm so happy with my pedicure and facial experience at Looks Salon, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a professional and relaxing treatment. The products are organic/plant based. Jharna was very good at her work and she did a proper consultation and she explain in such away that it really help me understand about the problem of my hair , I'm thankful to her she makes my hair smooth and shine. The front desk were very helpful and the cleanliness of the salon is top notch and I appreciate their kindness towards the client.

I am currently at looks,(sakit) and the experience is fantastic! The place is clean, well-organized, and has a relaxing vibe. The staff is friendly and skilled, making sure every detail is perfect. The haircut/shave feels professional and precise, and they use quality products that add to the experience. Definitely a great place for grooming and self-care!

Had a worst experience ever. I visited the salon for the first from Jorhat and had an oil massage. So disheartened to say that the service was really regrettable. Starting from each and everything is worst. They don't know how to do a basic head massage. And charged so high. No hospitality seen. Will never visit there again.
