Worst nail service . Been to more than 5 nail salons in Guwahati and this is by far the worst . No refunds given they are only giving free service which I do not even want . I have observed the replies given to the clients who have given one star and it is so rude . Learn how to take constructive criticism. Get better stylists , a better nail tech , listen to your customers . And make sure the amount your charging matches with the quality of your service. -10/10

I had a wonderful experience at Zest & Zeal. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. My stylist really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions. The space was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a great atmosphere!

I m so much dishurted wth thr service...I did kerasmoothning which is totally nt value for money...aftr 1st wash thr r many bands I asked the salon about it thy pointed us this is cz we have nt purchased products frm them ...ok I again I purchased frm a loreal distributor but the result is zero...as the washesh r increasing no of band's r increasing....jst to satisfy me thy did a free hair wash where they combed straight my hair after using masque to show that is ok ..blow dried straight...we middle class family hardly keep savings for salon for special treatments do not dishurten this way..there is no shinning too that a kerasmoothning provides ..when I compare my hairs wth others of same trtmnt frm a local salon they have bttr shine and hairs .and yes stop saying about the authenticity only for products purchased frm u and the whl world is fake .

Today I visited this Salon by chance without any appointment. Even so, they were very polite to me and attended to my request. The place was super client friendly and well organised. The responsibilities and tasks were well distributed. Even housekeeping was among those tasks. The staff were very professional and friendly at the same time. Which helped to create a comfortable and relaxing experience to all the clients. They even offered a complimentary beverage and a sweet treat based on client's taste. I highly recommend Ms.Linthoi for facial hair removal. Less painful and very quick. Also Mr.Asif for hair care who gave me an incredible hair conditioner treatment. With a lot of care and enthusiasm. (My hair was damaged and looked like a coconut husk and at the end of the process it was smooth as silk) One of the most pleasant experiences I ever had so far. Overall, the Salon deserves a hundred stars!

The staff is well behaved and professional. Extremely happy with my experience over there. I will totally recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for the amazing nails!!! Received compliments everywhere!

Worst salon I have ever visited till date they behave very politely but the service is so bad I have done smoothing on Aug 18 the hairstylist assured me i will love the rest but then when i washed it at home for the first time i was having bands all over my my hairs 1 side of my hairs were somewhat straight other part was curl again on visiting they again convinced me to get the soothing done i did it again for the second time on 5th day but again the same result then when i messaged the owner by showing my hair pic she just said that it was my fault it can't be their fault and did nothing now after 1 month my hair is falling massively also i have split ends.

What a pathetic service! I went in for threading and an upper lips, but the experience was a disaster. I specifically told the girl to only thread the lower side of my eyebrow, leaving the upper side untouched for a natural look. However, she forgot and gave a stroke to the upper side of my right eyebrow. I stopped her and asked her to simply trim the unnecessary length of the front hair with scissors. Unfortunately, she lacked professionalism and didn't know how to balance the cut. As a result I was forced to let her my whole eyebrow done, which I'm now not happy with. This mistake will take months to correct. They charged me Rs. 200 for eyebrow threading and an upper lips theard"

They take immense care of their clients. Good behaviour of the staffs Did my manicure and pedicure at a very affordable rate with a discount. I highly recommend everyone to visit Zest and Zeal salon once and get the experience on your own.
