L8 (LOREAL) Hair Spa Unisex Beauty SALON

Have been a customer at L8 for a very long time,my experience with hair smoothening here has always been great.Staff is cordial,besides,there is no hurry, they give due time and effort to each stage of the process, have got good results everytime.

This was my second time visiting L8 salon and I had a good time. I had my hair cut done and was quite satisfied with the results. The staff was good and they did the cut according to my instructions. Would definitely recommend it to other people!

Going to this salon from a long time but today had the worst experience. The owner cut my hair today and chopped off good length of my hair. First he cut the unevenly and when I told him about it his response felt quite arrogant and then he started cut it to make it even and end up cutting half the length from my hair. Very unprofessional.

I had been experimenting with my hairstyle recently and was about to try a new haircut. It was kind of complicated, i didn't really have proper pictures to show i just described the cut to the hairdresser and she understood it perfectly well. I was very skeptical during the process but surprisingly it came out to be one of the best haircuts i had and she did it exactly as i wanted. Pretty happy with the resultant length and shape. She was very patient in listening to my instructions. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hairdresser looked in hurry and so chopped the hair to her convenience , I was not satisfied with the service and my friend got her hair more shorter than what she wanted. Would not recommend. Editing the review after your response, my friend had mentioned it again and again to not trim very short and this would be there in your footages too. And Just to clarify we were not asked if we were satisfied. One of my other friend is unable to style her hair because of non uniform chunks of hair , trimmed very unprofessionally. Moreover , we were asked to hurry because you had more clients to deal with overlooking the fact that we were your clients too.
