Ntree Hair & Beauty Salon

Well, I accompanied my wife to this place where she wanted to have her hair done. I think the place has got everything which an ideal hair and massage salon should have. There's a nice sitting area where I and my daughter could wait while my wife was having her hair cut. I basically liked the ambiance.

I felt that the receptionist wasn't attentive and moreover she was busy on a personal call. She didn't even inform me the waiting time and went outside speaking on her phone. I waited for 10mins without any attendent. I feel that it was very unprofessional behaviour and frankly, felt excluded. Never going back again.

Booked an appointment for 3 pm, and was told that it is confirmed. I went in at 3, and was told that I had to wait 20-30 minutes. I said that is specifically why I had booked an appointment - so I didn't have to wait. The guy at the counter said "ma'am we're sorry, there was an important client so we had to give your time to her" - whatever that means. Terrible way to treat your customers who are apparently not VIPs. Shame.

Would not recommend this place at all...... highly overpriced and very poor services. Went for a haircut and showed the hairdresses a picture of what exactly I want but all he did was hair trimming and gave a look which I quite hate now plus the shampoo used wasn't too good it made my hair very rough. I had to wash my hair again at home.

Decent Option for Women Expensive for Men (my POV)

I never recomend this place due to poor qualities of services. I had got worst hair cut I ever had. Don't go there ..

I just love their services.. specially the massage they offer is awesome. Price is little bit more. That too excluding taxes..

Good salon. A little overpriced with all taxes added to all services unlike any other salon in Jorhat. Yet services aren't any different.
