Edit: I gave 5 star before but after a horrible hair disaster experience I'm reducing it to 2. Even after specifically telling them several times that I don't want orange hair they turned my hair orange after bleaching. I asked for a dark brown shade of hair color and asked them many times to tone down the orange when I saw it was orange after bleaching they said it'll change but it didn't change whatsoever , and as it was my sister's wedding 2 days later I had no time to change it and had this horrible orange hair for the rest of the wedding. Very reasonable price and nice friendly stuff, don't hesitate before choosing. Much recommended

The price is okay, but the service...during festive seasons they provide special offers on salon services.But this time I felt that the quality have been compromised.A few of my friends had a bad spa which wore off immediately, and my rebonding, is gone after 2 weeks. Well I understand that it was Puja offer, but the provided materials shouldn't be that cheap, right?

Went for a hair cut. Though it was a sudden decision of going to this parlour, I was really made to feel welcome. Great communication from start to finish. My hairdresser really took the time to listen to what I wanted and also recommended me some products and gave some tips for my haircare routine. Overall great service offered. Wish to visit again soon.

Staff cannot handle high load.my hair is ruined after the haircut during bihu season.further adding, I had taken appointment and gone. I had not just dropped in at last moment for a haircut.While getting the haircut too, I had to hear words like it is too much for the employees to handle.In that case, you should have not allotted me time.I had to wait 2 hours extra for a haircut, that I am not even complaining.But whatever work was done, it should have been proper, else not to take up work at all.

I did ombre hair colour and they did a great job..and also curled my hair..looked soo fabulous and it was quite reasonable also.staff behaviour was too good as well specially the hair dresser was too friendly.loved their service..gonna go again.
