Extremely Disappointed - Please Train Your Staff Better I've been a regular customer at O2 Parlour for threading, but today's experience was absolutely pathetic and left me genuinely upset. I went with my friends for my usual threading session. As always, I gave clear instructions to the stylist: "Do not make it thin, just clean it up. And if possible, try a soft V shape." Despite these clear instructions, the stylist completely disregarded them and made my eyebrows extremely thin--they're now shapeless and ruined. When I very politely asked her why she did that, instead of taking responsibility or even apologizing, she arrogantly said, "You told me to do a V shape." If that's her idea of a V shape, then I'd gladly attach pictures of the brows she "artistically" destroyed to show what kind of work she thinks is acceptable. They're not just thin--they're useless. To the management at O2 Parlour, if you have CCTV footage from today, I sincerely urge you to check it. You'll see that I didn't raise my voice or cause any scene, and you'll also see the stylist's attitude and the way she walked off without a shred of accountability or basic respect. To the stylist: Learn to listen properly to your clients. A V shape doesn't mean you erase the whole brow. And more importantly, learn to be respectful. I could have shouted and created a scene right there because of how poorly I was treated, but I didn't--out of basic decency, which you clearly lacked. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and hurt. I expected professionalism, not arrogance.

Bassap is very talented and gave a very professional experience. Sumki dutta has lot of experience as well and gave painless threading. On a whole, do visit this store and have wonderful experience.

Good but I am very angry ,I went for permanent hair straighting and told them to cut in a particular length but one female stylist used a trimmer to cut my hair and made my hair short by cutting it narrow.. They had done straighting good but why act like unprofessionals? They won't get customers like this.

I had a worst experience in eyebrow threading. The girl who did my threading made my eyebrows a thin line despite my repeatedly telling her not to make them too thin. I will never go to this salon again.

Overpriced. Who charges Rs 500 for a simple haircut without any wash !! Never going again.

Such a ridiculous salon, they don't know how to do rebonding..my friend recommended me that's why I m going, in rebounding hair wash will be free..but they will be no hair wash free and plz change your hair stylist and this is my first and last experience in your salon..

Very unprofessional. Unfinished service. Went for permanent hair straightning, they didnot do it properly. When went again for a solution, hairstylist showed very unprofessional behaviour.
