Very unprofessional behaviour. No point in getting an appointment, if you are going to ask them to wait. Had to wait more than 45 min for an appointment which I booked the prior day. Their perverted hairdresser will completely ignore your appointment and immediately attend a lady even if she didn't have an appointment. Never go there if you value your time. I would give 0 stars if I could honestly.

If you are looking for top class unisex Salon service in Tezpur, surely you can visit here. Very well maintained, neat and clean. Staff is very well trained. Prices are also fyn as per service you are going to get. I had hair cut here, it was a good experience.

Services are good but the team lack professionalism... If I am taking an appointment prior to coming... I expect that I get services in time... Taking an appointment and facing a delay of more than an hour is not at all admissible

First time visited a salon in Tezpur. Never thought that Tezpur would provide such world-class salon services. Overall experience was quite good. Cleanliness maintained. Staff was well behaved and decent. Availed around 4 services, good, upto mark. A small thing noted was that their service timings changed and it was not informed to the guests in KRC Palace, where we had put up due to which we had to wait a lot.
