This salon is really great. Visited today for triming and they did the job perfectly. Both the staff members were cordial and accommodating. Though it was direct walk in they helped me. Thanks to team.

Very bad service .I booked appointment for my wife before going to saloon after reaching there receptionist arguing with me that you taken appointment for yourself and they started haircolor of another women which came after us.Thier staff are also not In control of their head female.i will not go there next time in my life.

Pathetic and unprofessional behavior of the staffs. I took hair color today at around at around 7.20 pm, they told they can't provide any other services as closing time is 8 pm. Advance payment also taken, saying that they can't waste more time on this. Soon a local customer entered at around 7.49 pm and they were busy serving him (head massage)leaving my head color unwashed for 45 minutes. Usually it should it should be be washed by 30 minutes. It was already 8.10 by then. I had to walk out.... Horrible experience!!!

Recently i had bad experience with one of their hair stylist. He had damaged my hair badly. So I was quite sad and disappointed and I just wrote review with no hope for my hair . But surprisingly After reading my review the manager quickly contacted me , apologized and requested to visit again. I visited next day, the hair stylist Bittu is very good in his work. He rectify the fault. Now my hair is in good condition. I want to thank the owner, the manager and all staffs for their quick response . Looking forward to visit N3 again.

Their colouring and hair services were very good and Rashid, the stylist, had good knowledge and technique. However, their manicure was barely average. The therapist was more interested in selling products and services than to concentrate on the actual service that I was availing. For a 800+ taxes manicure, there was no relaxation or result. She even tried to talk me out of not using the mask because it makes hands dry. My question: why are you offering a manicure worth a thousand bucks if the end result is dry? Also, at the end of the manicure, the surface of the nails were dry and chipped- as you can see in the picture. It's a decent place but maybe the management should ask the therapists to provide the level of service that one would expect for the prices given.
