"Hi, I visited your parlour on 10th may,2025 for a hair colour service. I experienced a significant delay after the staff member started working on my hair, then left to attend to another client. Despite being told it would only take 2 minutes, I waited 10 more minutes. I felt frustrated and disrespected. To improve, perhaps staff could provide more accurate time estimates or communicate better about delays. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this."
