I can confidently say that KENAN is a true artist! I would never trust anyone else with my hair. Not only does he have an incredible eye for detail, but his skill as a colorist is unmatched. Every visit feels like a VIP experience, with a service worthy of the stars. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional talent and personalized care. I went to dye my hair (full head) and get a haircut 3 days ago (second time at this salon) today after washing and blow drying my hair I found white hair that was missed during hair coloring. Very very disappointed. The hair was colored by the assistant not the professional that I made an appointment with. I also made the appointment a few days prior and on the day, the professional was juggling three customers at a time (including me). Why bother making a booking if I'm going to be treated like a walk-in and given subpar service. I paid total of over 100bd. Not worth it at all. I guess the first time was a fluke. Also, my hair isn't cut evenly. I'm not surprised because the guy was talking to different people instead of focusing on the haircut. He did apologise for it and I wouldn't mind if I wasn't neglected and given such terrible service. I want a refund. Update: I just spoke with them over the phone. They offered to redo my color but I cannot do that becasue I'm allergic to ppd (which is why I only color my hair 1 or 2 times a year). Everytime I color my hair, I have to get an allergy injection (this time 2 injections) and medication for 10 days. During this time I cannot dye my hair again. Not to mention, everytime I dye my hair the allergic reaction is worse (hence, two injections). I have attached pictures as proof (date visible). The hair stylist called me to apologise and to offer a refund for the hair color if I delete the comment. I don't have time to go back to the hair salon even if I wanted to as I'm travelling tomorrow and my whole day is booked today. I will say that the first time I dyed my hair there with the same hair professional, it was perfect because he did it himself. I was really looking forward to the same satisfaction this time but because of the lack of attention, I am disappointed.

the hair salon at the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay: The reason of one star (if I could it would be negative ), is due to the ineptitude and careless service provided at the EJ concept Salon. I also question the hotel management for allowing this subpar establishment being part of what is otherwise a great hotel. Particularly, the Salon nail and hair services do not belong into this five star hotel. Several times I've experienced issues but it's time to put this on public record: - Pedicure : do yourself a favor and book it a the Ritz Carlton or somewhere else. My mother went for a pedicure and she was injured (bleeding on the sides of both toes). The technician continued as if nothing had happened and when questioned about it , she blamed the client saying it was due to the ingrown nail . Note that is not true ! - She was charged regardless showing a lack of care or understanding-- never mind the incompetence! - Pure greed. I had asked for a full refund of the entire visit (which included the pedicure and hair color touch up) considering we incurred new costs of going to a medical podiatrist and a trip to the pharmacy to avoid an infection) . Instead they offered a complimentary service for next time but guess what? We will never step a foot inside that place again. What a shame considering how often we go to the hotel. - On the hair front : I stopped going there as the offer is mediocre at best. I had a hair do for NYE 23-24 and the stylist had placed so many hair Bobby pins that I had a neck pain after a few minutes and my husband and friends had to help me undo the hair do at the event we attended ! - also I had a haircut once and again- a very poor haircut (maybe I could've done a better job myself !) To the hotel management : get a provider that is to the hotel level. Other Four Seasons for example in Ten Trinity , or Paris have great salons . Classy establishments with great services . Instead you enter into the EJ salon at Bahrain Bay and looks like you step into a haircut joint in the corner of a random street and added bonus of ineptitude !

This is the first time I have left a salon and I am satisfied. Shady did exactly the same color I had in mind. I did my hair 4 months ago and it still looks fresh . My hair is vibrant and shiny. Thank u shady.

I did a toner treatment at the salon and for some reason I got a very bad reaction from the toner they applied when I contacted them they were insisting that it is not their fault and everything they use is safe..etc. no professional and no regards to the customer feeling whatsoever I never experienced anything like this I am taking cortisone cream and bill to treat my skin and should I add that I had to skip my friend's engagement because of it.. I'm honestly shocked of not just what happened but the way that I had be disregard as if this was a minor issue..

The best hair stylist I have ever seen! Mohammed Kadad is truly talented--he colored my hair with a stunning silver shade, and the results were flawless. What impressed me most was how carefully he handled my hair, ensuring it stayed healthy and vibrant throughout the process. The entire experience was amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend Kadad for anyone looking for exceptional hair care and styling!

Oh my goodness! Kenan is a magician and amazing! My hair is so absolutely fabulous and I am so incredibly grateful! You MUST go see him!
