LASER ME CANGGU

I just had my laser appointment today and honestly, I'm pretty upset and disappointed. My original booking was for 12:30 PM, but I got a message saying there was an issue with the electricity, so they asked me to come at 1:00 PM instead. I totally understood and was fine with the change. I showed up 10/15 minutes early and waited, then saw another customer come out of the treatment room. When I went in, the therapist asked me what time my appointment was. I said 12:30, and she asked why did I changed it to 1pm I told her the admin said there was an electricity problem, and her reaction was a bit confused and give me an awkward smile like she had no idea about it (I know admin is lying) I'm not sure if this had anything to do with me being Indonesian or using the KTP promo, but at the end of the day, I'm still a paying customer and deserve to be treated with respect. I've been coming here for treatments since last year and always had a good experience especially with Ista, who's so kind and friendly. But today's experience left me feeling hurt and disappointed

I had a roller coaster of emotional experiences here. I enjoyed the treatment very much and it was recommended by a friend. There were a couple customer service issues that followed involving banking issues but the manager, Nana, upon seeing my frustrations, went above and beyond to personally escort me to a solution over the following days. Very well redeemed and a business that cares about feedback and their reputation.

This is my fourth time I visited this hair removal salon for hair removal sessions. I must say, my experience was fantastic! The receptionist greeted me nicely and I didn't have to wait long before my session started.

I had an outstanding experience at LASER ME! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The clinic is spotless and equipped with the latest technology. The consultation was thorough, and all my questions were answered patiently. The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless, and I could see noticeable results right away. The aftercare instructions were clear and helpful.

I took out a package with more than 10 endosphere sessions in June 2024. I used about 5 sessions, then went on holiday. Back in Bali, I was told that my sessions had expired, even though I'd paid for them all. For your information, it had been less than a year, 7 months to be exact. I was told that it was written on a certificate, which I never had because I simply paid more than 6 million and I was given a little card with the number of sessions, which the person at reception kept, so I couldn't even see what was written on it. In any case, I've paid more than 6 million and lost more than half of it, even though I'd offered myself this treatment after my pregnancy. I asked to speak to the manager to find a solution, as I also wanted to do my laser with them, but the person I spoke to refused to put me in touch with his superior. I never put Google reviews, good or bad, but I'm still shocked. Knowing that I was flying 2 months after paying for my sessions, I would never have taken so many if I'd known they would expire so quickly! I don't understand the idea of making packages, paying in advance, only to lose them in less than 3 months. I'm sad and disappointed!
