Great customer service at all of their studios, service is always gold star, so clean and kind wouldn't go anywhere else when here ! Will be back again and again

Mesari has such high recommendations. In January 2025, I had the Black Doll facial-very nice, stings a bit but no after benefits seen. Eyelash lift and tint-nice result but discuss tint colour before hand and the bottom lashes were not tinted. Very disappointed in eyebrows. Although i stipulated strongly, that i wanted my eyebrows shaped, they went ahead and waxed without any planning and tinted. Result, very poor-uneven and the colour has gone after less than a week. I do not recommend.

Ive had lip blushing, black doll facial and lash lift at Mesari and they are absolutely fantastic. Such a professional, hygienic and comfortable studio, worth a visit everytime I visit Bali from now on.

Mesari Beauty Studio Mesari Beauty Studio my friends eyebrows were just a touch up and took only 1 hour total. Whereas the full procedure takes 3 hours. Why wasn't this discussed in the consultation which again took less than 3 minutes to assess. Also It's only slander if it's not true. We also tried to talk to a manager at the store privately but were told all managers were on holidays. So really if anyone is being rude it is you who wouldn't speak to us this afternoon but is coming back publicly now. When all we wanted at the time was to keep this private. Myself. I came back last year for a touch up. At the time the store was completely full even though it was before hours. I didn't even make it into the store and was seen to on the step. When I was told I didn't need it I asked if I could change my appointment to something else maybe a lip tint but was told you were too busy. So really got the impression you were cancelling my appointment because you had over booked.

I had the most beautiful beautician Ayu do my eyebrows and eyeliner tattoos. Lots of chat, didn't feel uncomfortable at all and the aftercare instructions are great. Heading back for a touch up this trip.

I had eyebrow tattoo today, wow they are amazing, the girls were beautiful, and I didn't feel any pain, I highly recommend Mesari Beauty, I will definitely be seeing them again

I had the Japanese Hair Spa. I found that the actually headspa wasn't running for very long. I feel that throughout the facial the water could be running over your hair to provide a more relaxing experience. I don't feel this service was worth 750,000 rp Room for improvement
