I've been coming to Rin Beauty Studio for years, and I can confidently say this is the best lash salon around. The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Erma is truly a professional, always taking the time to make sure my lashes are flawless, comfortable, and perfectly suited to my style. I always look forward to my touch ups thanks to her and the wonderful staff here!

Rin beauty studio is great :) the place is really clean and comfortable and my lash tech Ayu was amazing! My lashes are so comfortable and were placed 1 to 1 & Ayu showed me the lengths and curls to help me decide. Thank you

Very nice and clean place with a staff who knows their job. They do exactly with you ask. I went for eyelashes and I wanted a natural look and it was perfect!

Rin is great artist that she made my eyebrows and eye liner very beautiful Staff are very kind and friendly to look after me! I definitely will come back and do my lip too also after care cream, thank you so much!!

Had eyebrow/phibrow microblading and feeling like I need to do blood test now. 1. Rins didn't show me the needle /blade she use. I asked if i will get new needle and she said yes of course. But she never show me the actual needle. She started the procedure without showing anything and I tried to trust her that it was new needle but honestly, how can I be sure? I should have stopped and ask for the needle again but she was already slicing my face. 2. Rins didn't put anesthesia on my skin. Her techniques is cutting /slicing your skin open with needle/blade without anything and than add the numbing skin on the bleeding skin. Rubbed the cream around on the cut and just imagine the pain from slicing your skin without anesthesia and than rubbing numbing cream on it. She said she did that so it doesn't have to wait 20min for the cream to work and it will ruining the ink basically ( like the ink ( hair line ) will get bigger because the cream giving some reaction on the skin and ink ). I asked her why so painful and if its normal like this and she blamed my skin laser that I did 6 days earlier. I didn't laser my eyebrow obviously. The pain was from slicing the skin under the eyebrow without anesthesia. She said usually slicing your skin like that is not painful?! 3. Result was not as what I expected. Left right different , not so much but obvious. Everyone told me that and I had to go back to her to try fixing it. Didn't had the chance to fix it while I was there because rins left to greet other customer and stays talking with her for long time. I felt like i wasn't done yet but she just left me. I wasn't fully recovery from the pain so when she asked me to check i said looking good but i need to check more. So i asked for mirror and she left me after giving the mirror. Waited there to see when she is done talking but seems like never end so when the cashier asked me to pay, i pay and left. So I left after paying 3.2mill but I sent her photos and message about the issue and we agreed to fix it the day after. When I arrived the day after basically felt like worse treatment than the first day. Rins seems annoyed with me telling her how the brows was uneven and for 1 day everyone around me told me something is wrong with my right brow. She was strongly disagree with that and kept saying it's already perfect. But she finally agree to fix it. But..... she did quick slice and put 2 lines only while it actually needed more and no cleaning on my skin first or anything and again I didn't see the needle or blade she used and just went to slice the skin super quick.i wasn't even ready. After the 2 lines she said done and like ready to clean up. Brows still look the same. I felt like she rush me to go and didn't want to fix more. I was heartbroken. I saw my new lines keep bleeding so I asked for Vaseline ( she has Vaseline given after treatment) and she said no no Vaseline, go home and put your Vaseline at home. 4. Unfriendly behavior and I feel like maybe because I'm a local so the treatment given to me feel like the minimum effort. Couldnt even spare me a drop of vaseline knowing i was bleeding. I read other review from customers ( not Indonesian ) all praised her. But I got completely different treatment. She also left to greet some Japanese woman instead of finishing with me in professional way first. No explanation about procedure , about the needle /tools used unless I started to asked about it. and no feeling like she care about you. 5. I decided to write this review because I couldn't sleep for days , thinking if I might get disease from the needle /tools she used. She showed me lack of care so I was super worried now that she might not using new tools on me. If she cannot spare extra drop of Vaseline for me, how can I be sure she gaves me new needle I asked everyone how they did their eyebrow and some saying their technician even give 2 new needles for both eyebrow. Like showing them it's all still sealed. Some even like 1.5 million cheaper and result is beautiful and no pain at all. They used anesthesia obviously.

I got my brows microbladed by Rin after a not so lovely eyebrow tattoo in Canada. I truly wish I found her before, her work is so beautiful! She really knows what she's doing. It's been months now and I couldn't be happier with my brows, definitely recommend. Thank you Rin!

I visit RIN BEAUTY maybe around 8 years ago first time by recomendation of my friend. Since that time I love them servis. All girls working there are very profesional amd they do best eye lashes in Bali. My lasher are always are naturally beauty and stay long without any damage of my own lashes. Thank you

Came a few years back. Visited a second time, my lash tech Rini was able to do up natural looking lashes :)
