I did the Japanese scalp spa. I am very happy with the service provided. The ladies work very hard to make the customers happy. They also do an additional massage free of charge which was amazing

The session was traumatizing. When they dry your hair, it's not with hair brush, instead with hands and very very harsh and not soft, so painful, even I told to be careful. It should be better because I'm a paid customer.

Booked lash lift and tint. Got there and they say my lashes too short for lift! What rubbish as have had many times! Wanted tint only but they also refused to do that. BAD experience. Seemed racist

Terrible! I had booking, come here it was close. I dont have my second phone with me. Try to find their phone 25 minutes, like fool. They not share new address to me, just said sorry, you late, we dont have time for you. How it possible to not take care of custumers like this?? And than just ignore me. I waste my time, very bad mood and go for today impirtant event with broken nails -100000 stars
