Came in with congested skin and active breakouts, and left with clear, calm skin thanks to Ule, who tailored a treatment on the spot based on her professional assessment. Though it was listed as a basic facial, they incorporated thorough (but painless!) manual extraction and two advanced machines. The results spoke for themselves: my skin was visibly clearer and no post-facial breakouts since. It felt like a premium experience at a fraction of the price you'd pay elsewhere. The therapists are clearly skilled and the equipment is top-notch. Will definitely return--and the post-facial matcha was a lovely touch!

Affordable and professional facial place! Small and fuss-free studio but it's quite clean and tidy. I got a hydraderma 6-in-1 premium facial + spots removal for neck area. Therapist was very patient and detailed-oriented. If you sign up for member, you get really good member prices for the facials and discounts for other treatments (membership is 99,000 IDR valid for 1 year, they are having promotion at 69,000 IDR at the moment). However, you need to sign up for membership before the treatment otherwise can't enjoy the discount. I wish the therapist told me this before my treatment, because I told her I want to sign up for member, and she didn't tell me that I needed to do that before my treatments. Taking off one star because of that. Other than that, I will be back again as this is quite a professional place!

Basically what you get at all the fancy places for a quarter of the price! It is a small studio but when I got the treatment I had a lot of confidence in what they were doing. The massage was great in the facial. For the price it's very worth it :)
