It was my first time getting nail gel and a pedicure, and I just had to share my experience! The staff were super friendly and professional. Thank you so much!!! Tanri and Sinar took care of me, and they were both incredibly kind and attentive. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were, even the small details mattered. As soon as I arrived, they offered me water, which was such a nice touch! The nail gel turned out exactly like the design I had in mind. So clean and pretty! I love how the blue floral details pop and give that fresh, elegant look. You can really tell they put effort into making it perfect. All of the tools used were sterile and brand new, which gave me extra peace of mind. One small suggestion: I noticed the LED nail lamp had some leftover nail gel stains. Maybe a more frequent wipe-down could keep it looking spotless. It would also be great if they offered sunscreen before starting the gel polish, to protect hands from UV light and any free radicals from the lamp. I hope my suggestions can be taken as motivation for the future. Overall, I'm really happy with the service. All the staff were warm and welcoming. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I'll be coming back for sure!

First of all, I really love your content, and honestly, the content creator deserves a raise. That's how I found your Instagram and ended up following you. I went there yesterday after making a booking. The response was pretty fast, and they gave me clear details. They let me choose the nail color while I was waiting, and then they started working on my nails. After the removal and manicure, they switched to a different nail artist, maybe because it was a different task? Either way, I really loved the second nail artist, the one with glasses (I forgot to ask her name), because I could really tell she knew what she was doing. Initially, I wanted to do builder gel, but I mentioned I didn't have much time, so I went with regular gel instead. One thing I noticed, and I'm not sure if it was because I mentioned I had other things to do afterward, was that someone else (not my nail artist) stepped in to help with my nails. It wasn't much, just small things like cleaning off the glitter, but I wasn't sure if that was standard. I also wondered if my nail artist was okay with it, because as a client, it felt like a lot was happening at once. Another thing I noticed was that every time they offered something, they mentioned the price right away. Personally, that didn't always feel great. It didn't come across as genuine advice or feedback, it felt more like a sales pitch. That's just my personal impression, though. There was nothing wrong with them at all! Everyone was super nice, the place was clean, and they even gave me water while I was there. And most importantly, I love my nails! thank you

Had a wonderful experience at Nails Bhen Rani! I got a manicure, spa pedicure, and gel nails, and everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The booking system was also very easy. The service was professional, and my nails look amazing. Highly recommend!

The girls at this salon are all so welcoming, lovely and talented. So much effort was put in to making my nails look the way I wanted. This was a challenge, and they did an amazing job!!! The best manicure I have ever had thank you so much!
