First time visiting freya makeover & salon, loved the services! Took mani-pedi, facial, hair spa and each and everything was perfect!!!! Very budget friendly and loved the interior as well. Would highly recommend this around Mirpur DOHS!

My experience at Freya Salon declined noticeably after I became a regular customer. While the service was decent at first, I gradually noticed a drop in quality and shorter treatment durations. It felt as though my loyalty wasn't valued, and I even observed staff actively trying to avoid serving me. One particularly disappointing visit led me to leave the salon due to poor service. In response, the owner offered a complimentary hot oil massage as an apology. However, when I tried to redeem it, I faced constant excuses--claims of unavailability, unnecessary booking requirements, and other barriers preventing me from receiving the promised service. From my experience, new customers might receive acceptable service, but regular clients are not given the same priority. I would recommend looking into other salons in the Banani or Mirpur areas rather than choosing Freya
