I got a hot oil massage and body massage, shampoo and hair pack. The girl was amazing who worked on me. The only negative for me was the girl didn't know how to style hair.

Good saloon in Bashundhara R\A. Its not big but the environment is neat and clean. And their service and behaviour is impressive.

The make up artists all are extremely talented, no doubt. But there is definitely room for improvement. 1. The managerial employees should not discipline other employees in-front of client which was a major buzzkill, rather wait till the end to address any issue 2. They should add more packages in make up/over section. When I asked the front desk about just eye, sharee and hair do. She discouraged and told me, they don't have such thing. Instead the party make up is all that includes. At my arrival I figured it could have been done, but the recommendation was at their economical benefits. 3. The make up equipments need major clean up. Specifically the brushes need to be cleaned on daily basis after every individual make over applied to each person. 4. The interior is very beautiful more like Parisian cafe . Hope it will be beneficial to have such unbiased and honest reviews. And management will look into these facts.

For the price I expected a 5 star experience, but I can't say that I had it. I can't say they don't have talent in the makeup department they do, but they love to cake on waaay too much foundation. My textured acne scarred skin was showing through because of all the layers, my mom's wrinkles were more pronounced, the foundation at my cousin's chin literally cracked and they just responded "that's how it's supposed to be". I think I looked good 30 minutes into the makeup, but they just kept adding more layers of foundation. I hated my hair, I went in there hoping they would fix my hair part and comb it before starting but they just went right into curling with no thoughts. I thought as professionals they would be able to work around my thin hair at top, add more volume somehow, but they just left it as is. They haphazardly put the tikli on with the messiest bobby pin placements, I could've done a better job tbh. Also they (mostly the front desk lady) kept laughing at my American accent, which is so rude. They hesitated to work on my sister because she has curly hair. Honestly, just go somewhere else.

interior is good and organized yet price level is not standard according to their service . Service level more imporovement needed .

Service, behaviour not up to the mark for the price taken. Staffs keep on chatting over the head , managers dont stop them. Both managers and staffs bodyshame/hair shame you and put the blame on you if they are unable to give you the outcome you want. But as for the price they will charge you in full and a hefty amount!

It was utter disappointment as they don't follow schedule .. I'm not rating their makeover I'm rating their time management ..

I have the worse experience. They took 14k for hair highlighting but they don't know how to do it properly. They just messed my hair. It took like 8 hours to do it but result is 0 . Inside in the hair area was too much hot I asked them to turn on the air conditioner they said if they turn on ac my hair color will not come out. ( this is the worst thing I ever heard) Overall I would say be careful before you go to this place.
