Their hair dying services are a BIG SCAM. They charged me 13k for a hair that wouldn't even cost 2k to dye on my own. My hair literally turns orange in bright lights. And when confronted they dismissed my complaints. Told me the orange hair I ended up looks "pretty" and I should "carry it". They charge premium prices but delivers cheap products. Very stingy with heat protectant. Don't even listen to complaints, instead blames you. Been coming here for 5 years, never giving them a single penny again. Will make sure none of my friends and family ever come here.

Service depends on the person you are taking it. Don't know about others but my full face got rashes after doing a facial from them!

This is the worst salon experience. Persona is charging high with poor service only for their early name, otherwise they are bad than a lane parlor.

They made me wait for 1 hour and didn't even mention before that the wait time is so long. Then they rushed the service caused it's their closing time. Never coming back here. Horrible experience.

Attitude Problem. I was just asking about some services to check if i can give them a trust & afford the services as well. And the receptionist was showing me attitude rather than helping. So first impression is the last impression. It's a red cross

The waiting time for oil massage was more than 30mins. The customer service is very poor. Only giving priority to the customer whom they know from before. I was waiting for very long time for my service they told that there was no girls available to give the service. But they could instantly assign girls for their VIP customers who came way after me.

Though it's a renowned parlor but their services aren't up to the mark comparing with the prices. Stuff's behaviour needs to be improved and more professional.
