Even though it was during the rush of Eid, they still provided an excellent service taking time and care. I didn't even have to wait for long. Every time I go there, they have given me a very satisfactory service. But I would have liked the receptionists to be a bit more friendly towards the customers.

Persona is one of the best men's salons in Uttara. They provide several services whose price is normal as compared to others. I recommended.

Persona's service isn't worth their staff's attitude at the reception desk. If you are getting a haircut, Shurma is good.

I had a wolf cut, the hairstylist did a great job very satisfied turned out exactly how i wanted. But the receptionist's behavior was very unfriendly. Also the hair washing experience wasnt good water almost got in my ears they didnt provide any earplugs. And for the price you're paying i expected a cleaner environment and fast service but overall worth it for the haircut ig.

I don't have any complain with their service but the behaviour of their reception employees is too rude. I did some hair treatment on my hair, and again I went their after 15days. They are charging me extra 150 taka for my hair length! I told them that my hair can't grow that much in 15 days, but they were like I'm lying. Very disappointing.

I did my first bikini and leg waxing here. I was sceptical at first and scared for the pain. But the lady(suporna) managed everything well and assured my comfort first. I am satisfied with the waxing. Then I got the bright nourishing facial. Bulbuli was in charge of it and the rigorous process made me feel rejuvenates. But the biggest con I felt was Bulbuli's hygiene. She scraped my leg and hand with the same towel and also cleaned the mattress underneath me with that. It was gross!

completely ruined my haircut and my sister's haircut. i even showed a picture of myself with the exact same hair and they got it wrong. never coming here again. Also the receptionist is really rude and argues with customers frequently. The time before this there was a little mishap with the colour and when i pointed it out she would deny it completely when the patch was completely visible! She did the same thing this time with the botched haircut as well and the manager had to step in to fix the situation, I urge persona's management to take care of this receptionist. The hairstylist, Numpa, is very nice though, I would only go there for her as she is very gentle, understanding and patient with hair. Although she specialises in hair dye she is very skilled in haircuts as well and gave me the best haircut I've had.
